KYLIE Minogue and Nicole Kidman are planning to record a duet for Christmas

Now Kylie's popping up with Kidman

KYLIE Minogue and Nicole Kidman are planning to record a duet for Christmas, I can exclusively reveal.
The Aussie beauties, who have been close friends for years, have met on several occasions to discuss plans for their new project.
Now I'm told the single is being written by Kylie.
A source close to the chart-topper told me: "Nicole has a great voice and proved that when she had a No1 with Robbie Williams last Christmas with Somethin' Stupid.
"She and Kylie have been talking about doing a duet for ages but have been so busy that they never got round to doing it until now.
"The pair are really excited about it and have only told close friends."
Nicole let slip news of her duet during an interview earlier this week when she said: "I'm going to record a single with a famous female vocalist. But I can't tell you who."

But I can.
Nicole was so surprised by her huge hit with Robbie that she's got a taste for the pop world.
And, of course, she's the perfect woman for the job. We need more attractive babes who can actually SING in the charts. The source added: "They've got so much in common—and the fact that they're both from Australia also helps.
"The two of them have such a huge fan base it'll take a lot to beat them in the charts. You'd be hard-pushed to name me one person who doesn't like either of them.
"They did think about doing a cover version of someone else's song—but that was too obvious.
"They wanted to do one from scratch and film a really sexy video.
"Nicole loved dressing up for the one she did with Robbie and Kylie loves showing off her body. So the vid will have the blokes panting, I can tell you.
"They're both up for a laugh so anything can happen."
Kylie—set to storm the charts when she releases Love At First Sight tomorrow—is back with her boyfriend James Gooding.
Meanwhile Nicole has formed a close friendship with Brit actor Paul Bettany. She has also been busy writing her own film script called The Attendant—the story of a theatre usherette who dreams of becoming an actress.
