If you want to reach a ripe old age, content and healthy, better keep in mind these tips:
- Stop smoking. If you don’t smoke, don’t even think about it!
- Exercise daily. It takes about 45 minutes of vigorous activity to maintain weight.
- Avoid fatty foods.
- Drink moderately. Beer’s good. But not a whole keg!
- Heed danger signs.
- Never drink and drive.
- Don’t exceed the speed limit.
- Get at least eight hours of sleep
- Buckle up.
- Think twice about extreme sports.
- Don’t commit suicide.
No one really knows your when your time’s up, but living healthy sure helps.
