We can reveal smitten Jude has been enjoying cosy dates in London with divorced mum-of-two Kim Hersov, 38, but he has not yet told his family about her.
Just like Sienna, 25, Kim has straight blonde hair and a small frame.
A pal said: "Kim is a very intelligent, attractive woman who has managed to balance a hectic work and party life with being a mum — and that's very appealing to Jude.
"It's amazing how much she resembles Sienna, just a little older. You could never tell she's almost 40. She's still stunning and looks in her mid-20s."
Kim, who was recently divorced from private jet tycoon Robert, has worked her way up from a part-time model to editor-at-large for posh magazine Harpers & Queen.
She has two sons, aged seven and ten, and is well-known among celebrities in London, New York and LA, counting models Elle Macpherson and Kate Moss as her pals.
Jude, 34, who has three children with his ex-wife Sadie Frost, split with actress Sienna last December.
Last week she was spotted in Mexico with Kate Moss's ex-boyfriend Jamie Burke, 21.
Jude's agent refused to comment.
