REBECCA Loos has had a secret boob job to boost her modest assets to a whopping 36DD — just days after branding love rival Posh Spice a FAKE for having hers done.
The former mistress of England captain David Beckham checked into London's Cromwell Hospital on Thursday—using a false name.
Rebecca wore a red wig and dark glasses in a bid to keep her identity hush-hush.
An insider said: "She arrived around 10am and seemed determined not to let anyone see who she was until she was well inside.
"It's a bit silly really, because soon everyone will know. With 300cc implants the difference will be pretty dramatic!" After surgery Rebecca was kept in for recovery but she checked out at 7.15pm.
Sources close to Becks' former lover—whose affair with the Real Madrid star was exposed by the News of the World last April—say she's chuffed with her new look.

She has already flashed the smaller versions several times, thanks to the plunging dresses she wears to nightclubs.
Now she's had them boosted, pals say we could be seeing a lot more of them.
Our insider added: "Rebecca's been thinking about it for ages. But being in the public eye made her want it even more. She's hardly what you'd call shy, so it wouldn't surprise me if she decides to go totally topless soon."
Amazingly, the move comes just after Rebecca, 27, stripped to her undies for her most revealing photo-shoot yet—and took a swipe at Victoria Beckham's curves. She claimed Posh, who always denied having surgery, had undergone THREE boob jobs.
Rebecca told Loaded magazine: "They're fake and that's from the lady herself. She told me she's had them done three times.
"At first they were too big, then too small. But she's happy now."
