The doting couple went walkies with her adorable mongrels, Porgy and Bess, near his north London home this week.
Actor Jude, 31, likes getting the lead, so Sienna, 22, lets him hog both when they go for a stroll.
But the Cold Mountain star got hot under the collar gazing at his gorgeous blonde girlfriend in her slinky top—and the dogs ran rings round him.
An onlooker said: "The leads became twisted round his legs and he nearly fell over."
Things got worse when the couple met Jude's pal Gavin Rossdale, singer with rock band Bush.
He was also out walking his two dogs and all four mutts got tangled up.
It was a howl.
