At the heart of a financial scandal, Leonardo DiCaprio would he need money? Liquid actor heritage: after his home in Malibu, he is selling his ranch in California for $ 2.3 million.

There are some days, Leonardo DiCaprio was selling his house in Malibu for 10.95 million dollars . A bungalow with direct access to the beach bought in 1998, seven times less (1.6 million). Today, the actor gives his ranch in California. A house in Studio City, north of Los Angeles, 300 square meters, with a large garden and swimming pool, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its price is set at $ 2.39 million ( http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/11557-Chiquita-St-Studio-City-CA-91604/20027174_zpid/ ) .
This sale concerns only part of the heritage of Leonardo DiCaprio. It has another property in Los Angeles and is the owner of several apartments in New York. The actor has bought an island Blackadore Caye in Belize on which he wants to create an eco-resort.

financial scandal

But the heart of a financial scandal, the actor of "Wolf of Wall Street" would he need money? Leonardo DiCaprio is indeed cited in a case of misappropriation of Malaysian funds and donations to his foundation are questioned. He has been heard by the FBI on suspicion of having received dirty money. By selling his villa in Malibu and a ranch in California for a total of 13.34 million, is it going to ensure his rear in case of legal proceedings? To be continued.

Keyword Real Estate

Hey guys and gals. Incase you didn’t notice I took a short break from posting to catch up on some work. Thanks for hanging out. Let’s review. In my SERP Domination post I spilled the beans about creating a site network by breaking down a larger site to take down the competition in a very efficient manner. This of course works beautifully in reverse, but we’ll save that for another day. In the mean time though I want to touch on a small portion of that post I could of easily divulged a hell of a lot more on. I’m talking about the “secondary network.” Incase you have short term memory loss I’ll refresh ya with a quote from the post.
Blah blah blah, sexist joke. Blah blah snarky remark. I’ll create a much larger secondary network to help boost my blah blah inbound link authority. Blah blah ramble ramble.
In words longer than short I introduced the well proven concept of Keyword Real Estate. Keyword Real Estate isn’t just a concept its a practice. In fact scratch that. Keyword Real Estate is the law of high rankings just as sure as Murphy’s law will make your servers go down between 1-3am instead of 9-5pm. Practicing good keyword real estate snatching will help boost your sites. I will go as far as to say that it is unwise to enter any niche no matter how uncompetitive without grabbing up as much real estate related to your terms as possible. I’ll explain.
Domains, Free Hosting, Blog Networks, Social Networks, Social Bookmarking, URL Shorteners. The list goes on and on. Any where there is an authoritative domain that allows you to own a static page there is no reason why you shouldn’t register it and put up a landing page advertising your site(s), or even a simple link if that’s all that is possible. I’ll explain this in a simplistic white hat way using an analogy because this is in no gray or black hat about it, its just common sense business.
Imagine you live in a big city and you setup a small business. The local phone book directories want you to pay them to put a small business card sized ad in the yellowpages/category/keyword/page/adspot. Okay so it fits within your ROI so you do it. It’s almost manditory for a small business to be found by it’s customers. However, at the same time, all over the city there are these giant sky scrapers with all these blank billboards on them. They are giving them out for free all you got to do is claim them first before your competitors do and you can put up any ad for your business you want within reason(TOS). Also, in other portions of this fictional city are little chunks of land that you can grab and put up a giant sign with a big ass arrow pointing to your business. They may not be in the primo business districts but they at least get drive by traffic. I don’t know about you but I’m too ethical of a business owner to take advantage.
Ya know on second thought, I think I will jump in on this offer. So let’s look at a few examples of these billboards and opportunities for Keyword Real Estate and where to easily find them. They are everywhere.
A few examples might include:
keyword.
vbulletin with vbseo installed & your link in the signature.I know it’s simple and not very advanced advice, but it’s solid.  Look at what the experts are doing. A great example of how well this works is of course SEO Contests. How are they won? In the simple sense they are won by Keyword Real Estate. They are also a great resource for finding some awesome opportunities. After all it works damn well. I personally never enter a competitive niche without grabbing as much real estate as possible on that keyword or phrase and using it to boost my sites’ rankings and traffic. It’s common sense, all you got to do is follow through religiously.

Moving into a Small Town

The most ambitious people live in the city. In your opinion, how true is this statement? The city offers a fast-paced life. This is why people prefer to live here, and yet, this is also exactly why people choose living in a small town. If you’re living in the city and is now considering to move out, you will find that while you’re sure to make major adjustments, living in a small town is not exactly unbearable as you thought it would be.
If you’ve known the small town where you’re moving as a place where you grew up, or if you’ve lived there before, you will find that everything is not as unfamiliar and strange. Small towns usually have lower levels of pollution, less complicated policies, and more often than not, better relationships between neighbors. These do not apply to all cases. But when it does, it’s when small towns are believed to be more capable to give you a more “peaceful” life. And this is why some people find happiness in that small corner of the world.
Don’t cut your connection from the rest of the world. There’s Internet and cable plus a lot of other modern things which you can subscribe to, to make sure that you’re always in the loop. Know what’s happening in the world so you won’t feel like an exile. Subscribe to at least one big city newspaper so you will always be updated with what’s happening in the place where you used to live.
Be involved. Small towns are in a state of expansion and development. They need modern thinkers like you who can lead them to more advanced ways of doing things. Volunteer your talent to initiatives of churches, hospitals, and fire brigades. Doing this will make you more committed to your community and will help you appreciate your new home.
Be wary of traditions. Small towns pride themselves in a handful of traditions so be prepared to adjust yourself to some of them. Small towns might also have festivities and celebrations at least once a year. No matter how crazy the fest might be, just be open. Remember, you’re part of it now.
Lean back and enjoy the quiet life. Small towns would have their own ways of handling things. If being a city slicker has created in you a sense of “always action” then be prepared to have a more laid back experience in a small town.

More Tips on Decorating Your Home

You’ve been watching a lot of home improvement shows in the television and you’ve been dying to apply the same improvements into your own home. What’s been stopping you? Read on and find ways how you can makeover your abode.
Free up some space. Do this per room. Assign priorities so you can go through this faster. You can start with the living room, then kitchen, then bathroom, then your bedroom. Stand in one corner of a room and point out stuff (furniture, wall decor, etc) which you haven’t been noticing for the past year. Forget sentimental values because you’ll only find it harder to throw anything out.
Go to an antique store and shop for a few items that will spark intelligent conversation. You’ll find a lot of paintings, sculptures, or ornaments which can be the main attraction of any room. Before you do this, make sure you have a theme so that you can create a good and cohesive feeling to your interior design.
Keep it neat and simple. Even though Zen is not your style, a clean house is still the winner. Don’t overdo your makeover because your major redecoration might lead to disaster. To be sure, you can ask your spouse to criticize the changes you’re planning before you proceed to application.
Get potted plants. A well-placed potted plant not only serves as a decoration but it also give life (and quite literally) to any room. If you’re not fond of flora, then why not get an aquarium. Even a fishbowl might be enough to liven up your space.
