The ceremony took place in the space Léo Ferré in Monaco, in the Fontvieille district, near the palace. Prince Albert and Charlene of Monaco themselves have presented the "World Rowing Coastal Championships Team Trophy 2016" in the Spanish team. The competition was held off the principality.
In the afternoon, Prince Albert II had boarded a vintage rowing, Yole 8+ to launch the final of the world championships. For the occasion, Prince teamed with his cousin John B. Kelly, descendant of a long line of rower since John Kelly, double Olympic rowing champion and father of Princess Grace of Monaco.
Meanwhile, Charlene of Monaco could admire her prince from a small boat.
