This is just a quick tip to spice up a grilled chicken breast:
I spread Dijon mustard and Garlic Salt on either side of a boneless skinless Chicken Breast and then cook with a tbs. of olive oil. The mustard crusts as it cooks, and it adds a little kick to your chicken with no added calories. This with a salad and some cous-cous, or quick side item like that, gets a great meal on the table in 15 minutes.
You can also try it with a honey mustard or Honey Dijon mustard for a milder, sweeter flavor.
