Does food-to-go sound good? Fast food is not always the best food, and it’s partly because it’s fast. It’s processed, frozen and dipped in vats of grease. But if drive-thrus turn out to be the best option in your case, then we’ll help you make your choices so that even fast food becomes good food.
Since you’re a person with a busy schedule who doesn’t have the hours to prepare your lunch, you can opt for Subs and whole wheat sandwiches that are packed with protein such as grilled chicken, turkey, or roast beef. But make sure your sandwich comes with a lot of lettuce and other veggies. You can also go for a salad that includes a light dressing.

One slice of regular crust pepperoni pizza can be burned off by riding a bike for an hour and 45 minutes total. A corndog can be burned off with an hour and 15 minutes of roller-skating. A regular order of meat burger and crispy fries can be redeemed if you cleanthe house for 3 complete hours. The calories of two heavy tacos can be lost by climbing up and down the stairs for 2 hours straight.
Avoid them or burn them off later. We don’t blame you for ordering fries. Just make sure you don’t eat too much!
