CRAZED ex-Hell's Angel Geoffrey Holyoake paralysed women with drugs —before dressing in bizarre surgeon's gear to sexually torture them.
His evil "operations" were carried out inside his sinister home—a gravedigger's cottage beside a cemetery.
The menacing 6ft-tall shaven-headed monster was also a cross-dresser who liked to wear women's undies while terrifying his helpless victims.
One 34-year-old woman told a court how she was drugged by Holyoake at his home and awoke in a weird surgery, lying on a black couch and wearing a schoolgirl's outfit.
Holyoake stood over her in a surgeon's outfit. Taunting her that she would never escape, he assaulted her agonisingly with a spiked implement.
Other women were forced to wear fetish outfits and bondage gear before the cross-dressing sadist carried out his unspeakable sex attacks.
Padlocks
Mr Ian Dixey, prosecuting Holyoake at Bristol Crown Court, said he had turned his flat into a secret fortress with padlocks on doors and windows.
He offered his first victim a lift in his red Toyota sports car. But after giving her a "bomb" of the amphetamine speed he drove her to his home in Frome, Somerset, where he gave her "headache tablets".
"She immediately suffered stomach cramps and pain so intense that she tried to use her mobile to call an ambulance," said Mr Dixey.
But Holyoake snatched the phone and subjected her to the "surgery" ordeal.
His next victim was given drugged coffee when she visited his home to buy drugs from him.
"She drank the coffee and described feeling extremely strange, being seemingly unable to co-ordinate herself and concentrate," said Mr Dixey. "Her next recollection was of him coming in wearing a dressing gown over a black and red thong.
"He grabbed her breasts, telling her that if she didn't do what he wanted he'd put her in plot 58—which was a reference to the cemetery."
She woke up later wearing a leather dress to discover Holyoake standing over her, dressed in PVC shorts and gloves. He attempted a serious sex offence against her before finally driving her home.
The third woman approached Holyoake in a nightclub to buy cannabis but after going back to his home to smoke the drug through an inhaling device known as a "bong" she also lost consciousness.
She awoke naked to find the beast, dressed in suspenders and stockings, performing a sex act beside her. After he forced her to have sex, the girl begged to be taken home.
Holyoake, 53, was convicted on four counts of false imprisonment and administering a noxious substance, one rape, two attempted rapes and five indecent assaults.
Judge Carol Hagen told him: "You are a very dangerous man." He was remanded for sentence.
Recalling her ordeal in Holyoake's surgery his first victim, a 34-year-old mother, said: "He was standing by me in this blue boiler suit made into a short vest and trousers, with leather fingerless gloves on.
"He had a trolley there, like you get in the dentist's, with strange-looking implements on it. He said to me, ‘You know what's going to happen now'." Then he subjected her to an agonising sex torture session.
At one stage she was forced to wear a leather dog collar, witch's cape and knee-length leather boots and later her tormentor ran a 6in knife blade across her body.
Hurting
"He was enjoying himself because he could see that I was scared and it was hurting," she said. Speaking of a woman who had suffered a similar attack, Holyoake told her: "She didn't like this game either but I made a mistake with her and let her go.
"But don't worry, I won't make the same mistake with you." The woman was only able to escape by pleading to go to her daughter, claiming she had been rushed to hospital after a road accident. She ran to a nearby pub for help.
Holyoake's former partner Annette Burke, 37, who shared his home for seven years, recalled her private hell of beatings and imprisonment with the twisted monster.
When the mum of two first met him as a Hell's Angel in his forties, she thought he was "a genuine, caring person." But then he got heavily into drugs and grew weird.
"He'd dress up in women's clothing all the time," she said. As he fuelled a growing addiction to speed and crack cocaine, he increasingly showed signs of paranoia and became violent towards her.
Annette said: "We had an argument, he threw me on the bed, picked up a pillow and tried to smother me with it. He was so strong, I couldn't move. I was terrified I'd die.
Terrified
"He turned into this evil control freak. Everything I wanted to do, I had to ask his permission." When his elderly mother became seriously ill, Holyoake's mood darkened.
Annette said: "I helped to look after Geoff's mum before she died. But he was horrible to her. They argued and he said ‘I hate you. Why don't you just hurry up and die, you bitch'?
"He told her that if she signed anything in her will to anyone else, he would not go to her funeral or visit her grave. I thought it was really evil."
But the final straw came three years ago when Holyoake drugged Annette, shortly after she moved out of his home.
"I started to froth at the mouth," she said. "I fell and could not move. I was terrified.
"I was told afterwards that he had given me a tranquilliser drug. Eventually I returned to normal but after that I could never go back in that house.
"I'm not surprised by what he did to these girls. It's all about having control over women.
"I've no sympathy for him, he's a monster. I hope they throw away his prison key."
