It happens all the time and is constantly splashed across magazines. Two celebrities, singers, actors or other starts are thrown together in some sort of work environment and fall in love. A lot of times it is a reality but even more often it is just speculations of magazine editors, entertainment show hosts and other people who make a salary off of celebrity gossip.
The latest duo to get marked as possible lovers? Eminem and Rihanna. These equally famous artists recently worked together on an extremely popular song “Love the Way You Lie.” The songs blew toe top off of chart records and the music video, staring Dominic Monaghan and Megan Fox is even more popular, making it one of the most viewed music videos on YouTube. This pair is all over the media, making waves with their latest hit.
Is There Chemistry?
People everywhere are saying that the chemistry between Eminem and Rihanna goes deeper than a passion for the song they are working on. Could love be a possibility for these two, who both have been wronged by lovers in their past?
Eminem's Grandma Approves
According to CRM news, Eminem’s grandmother is ready to welcome Rihanna into the family. The article reports that his grandmother believes that Rihanna would make a great girlfriend and wife for Eminem. She is quoted as saying”I can totally see what any girl [including Rihanna] would see in him. He’s so charming; he has always had adorable, beautiful blue eyes and this charming, wonderful smile,” as well as suggesting they would make a great couple.
Hollywood news reports that Eminem said that he would be interested in Rihanna is she was available and interested in him as well. They reportedly formed a close relationship while recording the song and filming the music video, and now they are “on the phone and texting each other constantly.”
What Does Rihanna Think?
The Times of India also report that Eminem has a crush on Rihanna. They also report that Rihanna, who is in a relationship with baseball star Matt Kemp, see’s her relationship with Eminem as purely platonic.
Neither Rihanna nor Eminem have made a comment addressing the rumors. And although they both do come from previously bad relationships and worked together extremely well on this collaboration, there is nothing else to base these rumors off of.
Everyone will just have to sit back and watch to see if love is in the future for these two. Only time and fate will tell.
